Frenzy+ Online Store Terms & Conditions
§ 1. General Provisions
- The service provider of the online store at www.frenzyplus.com www.frenzyplus.com is RENATA WIERUCKA-FRASIK "FRENZY PLUS", headquartered in Krakow at ul. Siemomysła 10, 30-571 Kraków, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), Tax ID: 6791774390, REGON: 351405274, (hereinafter referred to as "Frenzy+")
- Contact with the store is possible via email: kontakt@frenzyplus.com and by phone: 534 010 020. kontakt@frenzyplus.com i telefonicznie, pod numerem: 534 010 020.
- Every person before using the store should familiarize themselves with its terms and conditions.
- Making purchases in the store requires having an active and functional email account.
- The store sells women's clothing in plus sizes.
- Store products are new and free from defects.
- Products are covered by a two-year warranty, unless the description and documentation of the item states otherwise.
- Commercial information posted on the website does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but is an invitation to make offers.
§ 2. Order Processing and Shipping
- Unless the current offer specifies otherwise, the Customer bears the cost of issuing and collecting the goods.
- The condition for concluding a contract is the Customer sending a purchase offer for goods using the store website form, email or phone and its acceptance by the online store.
- The condition for releasing goods is payment for the goods and shipping.
- The price is binding for both parties at the time of placing the order.
- Order processing takes place within 3 business days from the moment payment is posted.
- Goods prices are gross prices and include VAT tax in accordance with applicable tax law regulations (23% VAT).
- The payment method is determined individually by the Customer. The Seller accepts the following payment methods: payment cards, fast online transfers, BLIK and PayPal through the Przelewy 24 gateway.
- Order finalization entails payment obligation. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after one week from placing the order.
§ 3. Delivery
- Transport services in Poland are provided by courier companies Inpost Paczkomaty, Inpost Kurier, DPD, POCZTEX. Customer can choose courier delivery or delivery to parcel machines.
- The delivery location is the place indicated by the Customer in the order. The Seller is not responsible for incorrect address information.
- Personal data is protected and processed for the purpose, time and scope specified in the Privacy Policy available at frenzyplus.com.
- Delivery cost for orders above 499 PLN is borne by the Customer. Information about delivery costs is calculated each time in the shopping cart based on the quantity and type of added products. Delivery cost is included and detailed in the purchase document.
- Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days from the moment the shipment is sent.
§ 4. Right of Withdrawal
- Based on the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, a Customer who concluded a distance contract or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before its expiry.
- Customer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a withdrawal statement to the Seller. The statement can be made using a form template available in the bottom menu of www.frenzyplus.com
- Customer returns goods to the Store within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement. Returned goods should be complete, undamaged and unchanged. For products equipped with security tapes, undamaged tapes are a condition for return acceptance. After tearing them off, the return will not be accepted.
- Customer should secure the returned product so that it is not destroyed during transport. Please address returns to: Frenzy+, ul. Siemomysła 10, 30-571 Kraków.
- The Seller immediately, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, returns to the Customer all payments made by them. The Seller makes the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer explicitly agreed to a different refund method. The Seller may withhold refund of payments received from the Customer until receiving the returned goods.
- The cost of return shipping in case of withdrawal from the contract is borne by the Customer.
- Entrepreneurs making purchases for purposes unrelated to their business activity have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days on the terms specified in § 4.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

- We recommend that the returned product be in unchanged condition, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
- Fill out the return form available in the bottom menu of our website.
- Pack the goods in a way that protects against damage during transport.
- Address the package to: Frenzy+, ul. Siemomysła 10, 30-571 Kraków and send the package at your own cost.
- After receiving the shipment, we will check its condition and inform you about the return status.
- We will refund all purchase costs immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your withdrawal statement.
§ 5. Complaints
- The Store is liable to the Customer for non-conformity of the Product with the Sales Agreement from the moment of its delivery to the Customer, and the non-conformity was revealed within two years from that date.
- The Store is not liable for non-conformity of the Product with the Sales Agreement if the Customer, no later than at the time of concluding the Agreement, was informed by the Store that a specific feature of the Product deviates from its conformity requirements and accepted in writing (e.g. via email) the lack of a specific Product feature.
- If the Product is non-conforming with the Sales Agreement, the Customer has the right to repair or replacement of the Product.
- The Store may replace the Product when the Customer demands repair, or the Store may repair when the Customer demands replacement of the Product, if bringing the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement in the manner chosen by the Customer is impossible and involves excessive costs for the Store. In case both above issues cannot be fulfilled by the Store, the Customer may submit a statement about price reduction or withdrawal from the Agreement.
- The Store performs repair or replacement of the Product within 14 days from the moment of Product delivery to the Store.
- The Store bears the costs of Product repairs or replacement. The Store is ready to refund shipping costs in case of complaint acceptance.
- The Store may not accept the Consumer's statement about withdrawal from the Sales Agreement if it proves that the non-conformity of the Goods with the Sales Agreement is insignificant.
- All complaints related to the Sales Agreement execution can be submitted by the Customer via email or in writing to the Store address. The Store will respond to complaints within 14 days from the day of product delivery to the Store.
§ 6. User Accounts
- The Store enables creation of individual user accounts that facilitate placing orders and tracking their history.
- Account creation is voluntary and not required for making purchases.
- The Customer, when creating an account, undertakes to provide true personal data and to protect their login data from third-party access.
- The Seller reserves the right to delete a user account in case of violation of terms and conditions or legal regulations.
- The Customer may delete their account at any time by contacting the Seller via email.
§ 7. Sizes and Clothing Selection
- Frenzy+ Store specializes in women's clothing in plus sizes from 44 to 60.
- On each item's product page there is a size chart with exact measurements of individual garment parts.
- In case of doubts regarding size selection, the Customer may contact store support, which will help in choosing the appropriate size.
- The Seller makes every effort to ensure presented measurements correspond to actual clothing sizes, however deviations up to 15mm are acceptable, resulting from production process specifics.
§ 8. Vouchers and Discount Codes
- The Store may issue discount codes and vouchers as part of promotional campaigns.
- Discount codes and vouchers have validity periods, after which they cannot be redeemed.
- Unless specified otherwise, a discount code or voucher may be used only once and only by one Customer.
- Discount codes and vouchers cannot be exchanged for money, nor is change given from them.
- Combining discount codes is not possible, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
§ 9. Product Care
- To ensure long-lasting quality of purchased products, it is recommended to wash clothing at low temperature, preferably on delicate cycle.
- Avoid using bleaches and strong detergents that may damage the fabric.
- Detailed care instructions are found on each product's label.
§ 10. Loyalty Programs and Promotions
- The Store regularly organizes promotions and offers discounts for regular customers.
- Newsletter subscription enables receiving exclusive discount codes and information about new products.
- Loyalty programs will be available from the third quarter of 2025.
§ 11. Dispute Resolution
- In case of Customer dissatisfaction with the service or in connection with omission of actions the Seller is obligated to perform, the Customer is in every case entitled to initiate mediation, use the online consumer dispute resolution system: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or pursue legal action before the competent common court.
